Organizational Nightmare
Do you ever get that urge to organize? For some reason, once in a blue moon, I feel as if I must get all my business in order. Yesterday turned out to be one of those days. Being the nicely organized person that I am (yeah right), I usually take any important papers I may have kicking around and toss them into a big box. Now, this may suffice in the fact that I know where all my important papers are, but it turns into a brutal struggle everytime I need, say, a mechanic receipt from 2 years ago. After recently losing a receipt that would have made a crucial difference in the battle against the evil mechanic, I decided it was time to ditch the whole "Big Box" organizational method.

About Friggin Time!!
Hello all, no, I have not disappeared right off the face of the planet, though I can certainly see why you would assume as such. As usual life rolls on and the vacuum of responsibility once more has it's lock on me. While it is great living in your own place, there is always the matter of bills. See, the crazy thing is these companies and corporations provide all these great services, but there is always a catch. They want you to pay for them!! What has this poor world come to. In any case, in order to keep my telephone ringing, my cable pissing out piss-poor summer re-runs and my computer bringing up the latest in all things porn, I have been forced to work my arse off a lot as of late. In any case, my apologies for the lack of updates, I promise that I will make a bigger effort to keep this site updated in the near future.

From the second floor..
Greetings all. Well, the day has finally come and went. The day I have been waiting for for well over a year. The day me and Dave finally move into our new condo. What a pleasant move it was too. I had picked up a 57 inch widescreen hdtv at an A & B sale and, not wanting to keep it at A & B, took it back to the Mazurkewich's for a while. The plan all went sour when we realized that the tv weighs roughly equivalent to a full grown elephant in its prime. We soon realized that if we were to lift this thing (just the two of us, we moved in the middle of a morning on a work day, groan), we were going to have to come up with a pretty solid plan. We started by borrowing a dolly from the Mazurkewichs which worked fine up until the point we had to unload the tv both into and out of the truck. A combination of lifting one side at a time secured the deal. Our next obstacle presented itself when we realized the thing wouldn't fit into the underground parking because it stuck out too high on the truck. Luckily, tipping it on its side left us with at least 2 cm of clearance, plenty of room! Unfortunately for us the dolly ceased to be effective inside the narrow hallways of the condo as this beast is just too wide. Therefore we pretty much slid it all the way to the elevator and managed to stuff it in. We are thankful that we got the 57 inch and not the 58 inch as there is no way on earth the 58 inch would have fit in the elevator. Once we reached our floor (the second floor) we soon realized that the dolly would not work, and the box was now too deteriorated to take a full slide to the other side of the building on carpet. We therefore realized it was time for this brute to shed its skin. We went at it. By the time we finished we were up to our knees in styrophome and we had to book it down the hall (thankfully the tv is on wheels) lest the cleaning people learn of our deed.

Just as good as I remember it. In fact, it's better!

Truly a force of argument for gaming as an art form, ICO is nothing short of astounding...

The beauty of this game cannot be put into words. That being said, the plot so far is somewhat lacking...

A very punny game starring the Dragon Quest series' lowest of the low beast - the Slime!

Eternal Sonata

Now this is what next generation RPGs should look like. Too bad the story sucks.
